This model was not mentioned in the meeting report, but is clearly present as Tony Homden's "Dreadnought" can be seen in the background. This model was also at the NWMG meeting earlier that year and the report on that meeting describes it as follows:

"Sidney Whiteside, who is a devoted fairground enthusiast, showed a model of a Waltzer and explained the unusual method of driving the model. The chairs fitted to the revolving platform swing round in a haphazard fashion when the model is working."
