M265 C1938 T22M
This transformer was first available in 1936 and was intended to allow you to run two 20v motors or two Hornby trains at the same time. It had a 50 V.A. output against the 20 V.A. of the T20M and so set you back an extra shilling! This example from around 1938 did not come fitted with a plug for reasons explained on the side of the box. To see these click on the picture to get a larger version. This is one of a series of transformers in this gallery.
