I have modified the original model of the Crazy Inventors Airship by adding an additional propeller run with another 3 volt modern meccano motor. The original model just flaps the wings and runs three small propellers at a slow speed. I have pivoted the model with a counterweight so that it can go round powered with the additional propeller. I had originally suspended it from a ceiling fan, but the additional propeller would not make it move. Then I decided to make a small stand and pivot it on angle girder with a counterweight and this worked.
