You could be right Richard, the next model report March 1976 says Mike brought the completed Lifeboat Tractor.

Hi Bob,
I reckon that is the start of Mike Cotterill's Skegness Lifeboat Tractor. I remember he used the 5 hole strips to build up the tracks.
