Computerized warehouse (V.1 )
A joint 1990's project by Sebastià AtserÃas (the meccanoman), and his son Albert (the precocious computer expert). If a box was put in the red platform it was identified by its "codebar" and the yellow lift moved it to a free shelf. The computer kept a map of the stock and was able to bring back to the platform any requested item. In all 14 photocells, three PDU motors, a breadboard and a QuickBasic program in a PC were the brains of the system. The model was described in detail in our bulletin.
