Original Set of Meccano Funnels  

These are a set of original funnels and owned by a collector in UK.

The story told when the collector bought the set was they were found in a skip at Binns Rd.

NP, The set Jean-Max Esteve bought was a reproduction set made up by Norm LaCroix in 1975.

NP, I have spoken to Jean-Max Esteve who tells me he sold the set to Norm LaCroix, who I believe died around 1998. I have emailed Greg Rahn to see if he has any further update. Yes I agree the two photos look like the same set, one of them could have been a scan of Jim's set in the Love/Gamble book rotated.

This appears to be another picture of the cased set in Jim’s collection. All of the marks /scuffs and screw angles in the back panel match those in the image in the section for parts 138.
