Math for NFGC designers

-What'll the characteristics be for different gears with a fixed feed rate of 0,7 mm/ turn of the blank? Given a fixed cutter speed & feed rate, different blank diameters & face widths, the chipload (mm^3/ second) seems to be fairly constant, amazingly enough! This is my very cumbersome way of actually proving that any frills in the form of an "Arduino controlled stepper/ servo motor vertical feed gadgetry" is purely unnecessary. Should probably rename the contraption "Occam's Gear Cutter"...
