1st prize: Tractor and Feed Wagon - Selwyn Bluett

The engineering in this tractor is of a standard only Selwyn can seem to replicate time and again. All the functions are controlled from levers inside the cab, including gear changing, power steering, selectable four-wheel-drive, front and rear diff locks, PTO control, and auxiliary drives for the feed wagon.

The 'hydraulics' are all done with Bowden cables, driven from drums in between the rear wheels.

Hi Selwyn
Yes I found and are amazed at your Tractor with Feed Wagon model we discussed at the MWT club meeting yesterday! Superb realism and not 'cheating'(like most modellers) by having an external control box. I like the detachable wiring loom idea for ease of development of the design when building/fault identification and fixing.
