93-dealer price ticket

This is a ticket from about late 1961. The price is an odd one and could only be from late 1961. Has anyone seen any other dealer price ticket styles for the gears set? Any other dealer ephemera for gears outfits?

Pre-printed Retail Prices appeared on packaging in the early 1970's. Manufacturers were protecting sales during the period of hyper-inflation. A fixed profit-margin for retailers was built-in to the price, whilst deterring unscrupulous profiteers. Prices were also displayed on advertising, and announced during TV Commercials.
Was a similar thing happening in 1961?
