Terry Bullingham's Railway Breakdown Crane, to 10mm scale to run on Gauge 1 (or LGB) track, was the worthy winner of the Noel Ta'Bois Trophy. The amount of detail Terry managed to incorporate into this superb model was amazing, especially so when you realise Terry was blinded when serving in the RN during the Falklands campaign and it's all done by feel and from his own ideas in memory.
